Rates are based on 2 adults per room, per night ~ Additional persons $10 per adult, per night ~ Children (under 18) free when staying in same room as parents ~ Rates do not include taxes (8% state & 3% city) ~ Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday June 28 – August 23, and to Friday, Saturday, and holidays prior to June 20 and after August 24 ~ Multiple night reservations may be required ~ You must be at least 18 years or older to register unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian ~ No subletting ~ One night deposit plus tax required to confirm reservation ~ Rates are subject to change ~ Check-in after 3PM, Check-out before 11AM ~ Balance is due at Check-in ~ Reservations will be held until 10PM, please call if arriving late ~ Reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to date of arrival or the deposit will be forfeited ~ Provided you give the hotel at least 10-days notice, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $15.00 cancelation fee ~ Deposits are not transferable ~ No refunds for early departure ~ Sorry, no pets ~ Security deposit may be required ~ AAA/AARP honored only during specific times ~ Please call to inquire about group rates and availability.
